casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 NKJV)
25 “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? 27 Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?
28“So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; 29 and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?
31 “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. (Matthew 6:25-34 NKJV)
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7 NKJV)
And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 NKJV)
In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul. (Psalm 94:19 NKJV)

Your message today is exactly what has been on my mind for the last 24 hours. Thank you for all you do.
Praise God! Praying for you
Perfectly God timed message for me as I stepped out my door to walk into the church doors for 3 different events this week. First was Tuesdays celebrate recovery (approx. 100 people at that night) and I stressed over what foods would be there for the dinner and hoping I did not over dress for that group meeting. Then on Thursday was the potluck lunch with the 55+ group (approx. 200 people at this event) and I once again worried I might be underdressed with that group and over thinking the potluck. Tonight is the women’s game night and I know there will be snack food that I do not want to eat so I just don’t eat any. and after 2 previous events I know everyone is very casually dressed but my worry for tonight is I never played board games or card games growing up so I fear that I will not know how to play any of the games. God must shake His head at my tiny worries that I have blown up to be big worries LOL when I am told to not worry in the first place.
Amen I am so so proud of you
